In compliance with Section XI of Bank of Italy’s Resolution dated 29 July 2009 “Trasperenza delle operazioni e dei servizi bancari e finanziari – correttezza delle relazioni tra intermediary e clienti” (Transparency in transactions and financial and banking services – fair relations between brokers and clients), which requires brokers to publish, once a year, a report on their website about how they handle claims, including pertinent data, for the period 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012, Banca Akros S.p.A. hereby informs the market that it has received three written claims from clients. The three claims have been rejected and only one is due to come up before the Ombudsman.
