On Monday 10 February 2025 Terna S.p.A. – Rete Elettrica Nazionale (“Terna”) successfully placed a new Eur 750 million 7 years fixed rate green bond. The proceeds of the issue will be applied by the Issuer, in accordance with its Green Bond Framework, to finance Eligible Green Projects.

Flexibility, innovation, training, these are the key words that guided the 18th edition of the Italian Certificate Awards (ICA), the annual award ceremony for the best Certificates, issuers and distribution networks, which was held on February 6 at Palazzo Mezzanotte in the Italian Stock Exchange.

On Wednesday 8 January 2025 Hera S.p.A. (“Hera”) successfully launched a new Eur 500 million fixed rate green bond, coupon 3.25%. The proceeds of the issue will be applied by the Issuer, in accordance with its Green Bond Framework, to finance strategic projects aimed at the green transition and aligned with the Taxonomy.

Banca Akros acted as Joint-Bookrunner in the offering of Alerion Clean Power’s new green bond. Banco BPM Corporate Team subscribed a share of the bond, backed by a SACE guarantee.

On Wednesday 7 August, AGSM AIM S.p.A. returned to the Capital Market making its debut in the green world with a new €46 million 5.537% green bond due August 2031. The funds raised will be used to support the energy and environmental investment plan.

On Wednesday 17th January 2024 Mundys SpA successfully launched its inaugural Sustainability-Linked Bond with a size of EUR 750 million and maturity of 5 years which will pay an annual coupon of 4.75%.
