5 new Certificates issued by Banca Akros have been listed on Italian Stock Exchange “EuroTLX – Borsa Italiana”. They offer the investor the opportunity to obtain a premium at maturity (the Bonus) in the event that the closing value of the underlying share has never been below below a certain level (the Barrier Level).

Banca Akros confirmed the success of the products issued directly on the market by launching a new series of Certificates to replace the July 2022 issue, which had 12 out of 12 Certificates called early on 30 March.

Milan, 5 April 2023 – At the conclusion of the annual review process, it is announced that, on today, the rating company Fitch Ratings (hereinafter "Fitch") confirmed Banco BPM's ratings in the investment grade area, with a "Stable" Outlook.
