Oaklins Italy, a subsidiary of Banca Akros, Banco BPM Group, acted as adviser of the buyer in the acquisition of Terranova Web System, an Italian company specialising in the development and sale of SaaS for the automotive industry. The operation was executed as a result of the winning partnership cooperation between Oaklins France and Oaklins Italy.
