On Tuesday 24 September 2024 Italgas marked its return to the primary bond market with a € 350mn TAP of the existing € 650mn 3.125% Feb 2029 Notes issued in February 2024.

On Wednesday 7 August, AGSM AIM S.p.A. returned to the Capital Market making its debut in the green world with a new €46 million 5.537% green bond due August 2031. The funds raised will be used to support the energy and environmental investment plan.

On Tuesday 25th June 2024, Pirelli successfully launched a new fixed rate bond with a size of €600 mn and maturity of 5 years. This Sustainability-Linked Bond will pay an annual coupon of 3.875%.

Banca Akros was Co-dealer in the fourth issuance of the BTP Valore, the government bond targeted only to retail investors.

On Monday 8 April 2024 SNAM made its return to the bond market with the second deal of the year, after the dual tranche bond issued in February.

On Thursday 4 April 2024 Terna S.p.A. (“Terna”) successfully launched a new Eur 850 million Perpetual Subordinated NC6 Fixed Rate Reset bond, coupon 4.75%.
