HLD invests in a majority stake in S3K S.p.A.

S3K S.p.A. Security of the Third Millennium, born in 2019 from the initiative of Antonino La Malfa and Giulio Azzaretto, is the result of the aggregation of 11 companies operating with an industrial model which provides integrated physical and logical security solutions with multidisciplinary skills, covering customers’ security requirements across the board. Specifically, S3K operates in the national and international markets of Security & Intelligence, infrastructure protection for national essential service operators, and Cyber Security. The company, with a 2020 turnover of approximately €60 million, has offices throughout Italy and a team of professionals with consolidated expertise in Information Technology and technology consulting.
HLD is an independent private equity fund established in 2010 to support the development of European companies without time constraints. Today, HLD employs around 30 professionals in offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Milan and Zurich.
