Banca Akros acted as the financial advisor of the seller Pompilio Bettinelli

Entrepreneur Marco Giovannini acquired INMAN Group, an Italian leader in the design and construction of machinery and components for the mechanical industry and industrial automation.

The INMAN Group, composed by Bettinelli F.lli S.p.A., active in the design of assembly and control platforms, mainly for the pharmaceutical and medical sector with the CB Automation division, and in the production of high-precision mechanical cam components with the CDS Division, by TUMAC S.p.A., leader in vibrating technology systems and components for industrial automation, and by API S.r.l., specialized in the design of machinery for the filling and packaging of disposable sanitary products, boasts a consolidated presence on international markets, also thanks to four branches located in the USA, India, China and Germany.

Under the leadership of the shareholders Pompilio and Vincenzo Bettinelli, INMAN has become a global player in the market, relying today upon a staff of approximately 250 employees.

Banca Akros supported, as an exclusive financial advisor, the shareholder Pompilio Bettinelli, Chairman of the INMAN Group, in the sale of the shares to Eng. Marco Giovannini.

The transaction confirms and consolidates the role of Banca Akros as a key M&A player in the Italian mid-market.
